You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Usage and Access

2.1 Permitted Use

Personal professional development and skill enhancement

Accessing course materials and lab environments as authorized

Communicating with instructors and fellow participants

2.2 Prohibited Activities

While we strive to maintain consistent service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

Our services are primarily designed for users in Japan, though we may accommodate international participants. Certain features or compliance requirements may vary based on geographic location. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with local laws and regulations.

This includes course content, platform features, pricing structures, and availability of specific training programs. 5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, educational content, documentation, software, and other resources provided through our platform are owned by Fortivex or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for personal educational purposes.

5.2 User-Generated Content

When you submit content through our platform, including assignments, forum posts, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content for educational and platform improvement purposes. You retain ownership of your original work.

5.3 License Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit our course materials without explicit written permission. Recording, screenshotting, or capturing course content for redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Trademarks

Fortivex and associated logos are trademarks of our organization. Use of our trademarks without authorization is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

6. Payment Terms

Course fees are specified in Japanese Yen and must be paid according to the payment schedule provided during enrollment. Payment plans, if available, are subject to additional terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future course offerings, though existing enrollments will honor the originally agreed-upon rates.

Refund policies, if applicable, are provided separately and may vary based on course type and enrollment timing. Questions about billing should be directed to our administrative team.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement under appropriate circumstances. You may discontinue use of our services at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, failure to pay required fees, or for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Upon termination, your access to course materials and lab environments will be revoked. Certain provisions of these terms, including intellectual property rights and liability limitations, survive termination.
